Q1. When and where am I insured?
A1. This plan provides worldwide protection 24hrs a day, 365 days a year against accident or incapacitation during the course of business of pleasure. The cover includes (but is not restricted to) accidents away from home or at work; accidents occurring in the home; accidents whilst travelling by train, on the road, aero plane (as passengers) or other public transport.

 

Q2. What is not covered?
A2. The only exclusion are injuries resulting from war, whether declared or undeclared, intentional self inflicted injury including suicide or attempted suicide; aerial flight other than as a passenger; and sickness

 

Q3. When does the cover begin?
A3. The insurance becomes effective upon receipt of your first premium

 

Q4. How much should I pay?
A4. Naturally, that depends on your circumstances, but serious accidents can leave you and your dependants with major expenses to meet. Five units of cover provide you with up to N5.0m of benefit. Most people consider this to be reasonable for the peace of mind such protection gives

 

Q5. Will I receive a policy?
A5. A master policy will be issued to you as an individual, employer, association or club etc after completion of the proposal, you will be issued with a policy document

 

Q6. What is a dreaded disease?
A6. A critical illness is defined as "Any internal, sudden or gradual, violent or silent incapacitating disease, illness or sickness manifesting through but not limited to Stroke, Heart Attack, Coronary Artery Surgery, and Major Organ Transplant"
